Kanani Hines Munford has been named director of engagement for Philanthropy Delaware, leading the strategic engagement strategy for the organization expanding membership and evolving our Community of Practice program offerings. Previously Munford served as the executive director of the Governor’s Commission on Community Volunteer Service leading the State Office of Volunteerism for nearly five years.

Prior to leading the Commission, Munford worked for seven years at United Way of Delaware focusing on fund development and community engagement. An accomplished change agent, she was recognized in 2018 as a Delaware Business Times 40 under 40 honoree and most recently as a 2022#MILLSUMMIT Impact Awardee. She brings over a decade of skills and experience in fundraising, corporate and community relations, turnkey program management at Federal, State and local levels, government affairs, and nonprofit leadership.
Munford is a University of Delaware graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration and holds a Certificate in Nonprofit and National Service Management from University of Washington Evans School of Public Policy and Governance and a Certificate in Fundraising from LaSalle University. A proud AmeriCorps alum she is a member of the 2003 Public Allies Delaware graduating class. Kanani is the founder of Women of Wellness, LLC a women’s empowerment holistic wellbeing company.
Santora CPA Group, an accounting and consulting firm, announces two additions to its team.
Danielle M. Scharp has joined the administrative team as an administrative assistant. With over 20 years of experience, Scharp has a keen eye for detail and will be providing much-needed admin support to SCG.
Raeanna K. Eisenhauer has joined SCG as a staff accountant. She is a 2022 graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Eisenhauer interned with SCG during the summer of 2022. She works on a variety of tax and audit engagements, and she is currently studying for the CPA Exam. Eisenhauer is a member of the American Institute and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Shore United Bank congratulates Donna Stevens on 25 years of service. Stevens began her career with the bank in December of 1997 as loan operations officer at the Commerce Street branch in Centreville. She has held many positions at the bank ranging from credit analyst and credit administration officer to compliance/BSA officer and today, executive vice president & chief operating officer (COO).
With an Associate Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Anne Arundel Community College and being a graduate of Maryland Banking School and ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Donna has an array of knowledge assisting to oversee the daily operations of the Bank as a whole. She finds a lot of value in her position by providing resources and serving as a mentor in a capacity that allows employees to grow and succeed.
